We publish ours because it's the same math every time: pick a speed, add miles past 10, and that's the invoice. If another courier beats our rate, put them next to this page — chances are the extras quietly even it out.
How The Price Is Built
- Every rate includes the first 10 miles. Miles 11–40 are a flat $2.25 per mile; beyond 40 miles, $2.75 per mile — same rates for every service level.
- Chain-of-custody documentation, proof of delivery, HIPAA-trained handling, and cold-chain packaging are included, not add-ons.
- Specimens, medications, supplies, and records are all priced the same. What you ship does not change the rate — only how fast it moves.
- High-volume facilities: 20 or more runs per month earns 10% off per-run rates — no negotiation required.
