Every delivery includes photo confirmation, a timestamp, and driver notes. Signature capture is also available when your facility or lab requires it.

Yes. We are trained to handle biohazard and diagnostic specimens safely, following proper packaging and handling guidelines for labs, clinics, and hospitals.

STAT and urgent dispatch is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Routine requests — same-day runs, scheduled routes, and quotes — are handled 6am–8pm Monday–Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday–Sunday.

Pricing comes down to how fast you need it moved and how far it travels — not what's in the package. Same-Day runs are $49, Rush $69, and STAT $119, each including the first 10 miles; miles 11–40 bill at $2.25 per mile and beyond 40 miles at $2.75. Scheduled routes start at $45 per stop with a three-stop minimum, and 20 or more runs per month earns 10% off. After-hours, weekend, and holiday runs add $25.
